Solution
Partnering with Librestream, ASK Chemicals implemented a white-labeled version of the Onsight platform, branded as “ASKNow.” This solution enabled real-time video communication, documentation, and language translation capabilities, even in low-bandwidth environments, allowing technical experts to assist customers remotely.
