Information Shared While Using Librestream’s Services
Librestream hosted service retains the following account data:
- Onsight user name and password hash
- User’s first name and last name
- User’s email address and/or phone number
- User’s Onsight video address (SIP URI) and encrypted SIP password
- User’s list of Onsight Contacts
- Device types
- IP Addresses
- Host names
- Call history
- Call statistics
- Location data
Onsight Flow retains the following account data:
- User name and password
- User email address
- Location (if enabled on the device)
- Device name and type
- IP address
- Log data (may include records of user activity on both the client application and the dashboard web application including user names, user email addresses, IP addresses, geographic locations, and names/makes/models/operating systems of connected devices)
- Application events (may include the start and end time and date of application sessions and application crashes which could include user names, user email addresses, IP addresses, geographic locations, and names/makes/models/operating systems of connected devices)
- Job results
We collect and store this information to:
- Facilitate Onsight sessions
- Provide usage reporting information
- Perform troubleshooting and support of the Onsight platform
Customer-created still images, audio, or video files as well as other files of non-Onsight origin may be stored on Librestream Onsight Workspace servers at the discretion of the customer. Customers may also choose to capture still images, audio, or video files and store them locally on an Onsight endpoint. Customers have the option to disable still image capture and video/audio recordings on all endpoints.
Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of Librestream’s services for their use and for complying with any applicable data privacy and protection regulations, laws or conventions applicable to their use of Librestream’s services.
Librestream’s data centers are located in the United States.
Cloud information is stored in the United States.
Librestream may analyze customer data as part of its internal analytics process for the purpose of determining workflow and software improvements, usage trending, and other analyses in order to help Librestream better understand customer usage for its internal business processes. This data is strictly used internally and is not shared with any third parties. You may request that your data not be used for this purpose and you can request that your data be deleted from our analytics process at any time.
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information and/or to request that we erase your personal information if you withdraw your consent.
- If you believe that the information we have is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties
If it’s a necessary part of any of the transactions listed above, Librestream may need to disclose your information to another company. For example, we pass on your name and address to a courier company to complete a delivery. Librestream does not sell your personal information to any third parties. Librestream may be required to disclose personal information in the event of a court order or operation of law.
Librestream uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, located in the United States, for Hosted Services.
AWS is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. Librestream has signed a Data Processing Addendum with AWS to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations such as the GDPR (EU).
Microsoft is compliant with privacy laws and regulations such as the GDPR (EU) as well as having an information security management system based on ISO 27001. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Librestream uses MaxMind, located in the United States, for GeoIP location information. MaxMind participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields and has an information security management system based on ISO 27001.
Librestream uses Google APIs, located in the United States, for location information (country look up from GPS coordinates). Google participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields.
Librestream uses Google Recaptcha, located in the United States, for captcha purposes. Google participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields.
Librestream uses Twilio, located in the United States, to send phone numbers and guest invites for SMS guest invites. Twilio participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields.
Librestream uses Twilio’s SendGrid service, located in the United States, to send emails for Onsight Platform Manager end user messages, for Onsight Flow, and optionally for guest invites. SendGrid participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields.
Librestream uses MongoDB Atlas, located in the United States, to store Onsight Flow media. MongoDB participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields.
Librestream uses DigiCert, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web services for X509 certificates (sometimes called SSL certificates). X509 certificate revocation list (CRL) checks may be done to their servers when connecting to Librestream services. DigiCert is located in the United States, although, depending on your location and the products you are using, data may be accessible from and transferred to the United States, South Africa, Australia, Ireland, India and Japan. DigiCert participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields.

Librestream Administrative Access to Onsight Domain
Librestream can access a Customer Onsight Account Manager domain to assist with configuration and technical support. Customers can disable this administrative access at their discretion.
