Recognizing technology and digitization as key trends, SGS aimed to implement a remote mentoring solution capable of operating effectively in challenging field environments and across various mobile devices.
SGS deployed a custom-branded version of Librestream’s Onsight platform, named QiiQ. This solution enabled real-time collaboration between senior support staff and field inspectors, as well as direct support to customers, facilitating remote inspections even in difficult environments.
