The latest Onsight Expert and Onsight mobile device software, Version 4.0, enhances the ability for remote workers to get immediate answers by bringing additional eyes and ears to live Onsight video collaboration sessions

Librestream, the leader in Mobile Collaboration solutions, is pleased to announce advancements in the latest release of its Onsight mobile collaboration system including a new ‘One to Many’ (O2M) feature. This O2M feature allows multiple Onsight Expert users to join an Onsight video session and collaborate with audio, video and onscreen annotation to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve remote issues effectively. In addition to the O2M capability, the Version 4.0 release also provides additional security features and general enhancements.

Kerry Thacher, CEO of Librestream explained, “We are continually investing in our products to deliver the full mobile video collaboration experience our customers need to drive significant returns on their investment. We had already integrated the Cisco Webex tool in our Version 3.5 release to include additional experts on an ad-hoc basis. This new One to Many functionality enables multiple experts to fully share their knowledge vocally and visually through our Onsight Expert desktop software. We feel that advancements like these are critical to bring the right eyes and ears to remote colleagues, suppliers and customers.”

Onsight Management Suite Version 2.0.8, the back office system administration software tool for Onsight, was also released today. Onsight Management Suite now includes improvements to endpoint discovery and management as well as additional administrator managed options for tighter centralized control.
