New Features

New Onsight Translation Languages

As part of our global effort to help customers overcome language barriers, we are introducing 11 new languages to our translation capability – Now at 40 languages. The additional languages include: Georgian, Armenian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Arabic Egypt, Arabic Iraq, Hebrew, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, and Afrikaans.

Workspace Embedded Translation

Download images in Workspace with telestrations embedded. This option provides another way to share and view marked-up Onsight images within external tools to expand the value.

Guest Invite Dynamic Field Filtering

Simplifies finding and adding tags to guest sessions for later reporting and analysis, e.g. regions, call type, etc.
