Onsight Guest API Enhancements

Added Guest API support for Call Center Solutions where webapp callbacks and greater control over the guest invite and call back flow are required. For example the automatic call from the guest to the inviter and the automatic inclusion of the inviter in the  guest’s contact list can both be disabled so that call flow is controlled by the Call Center.

Transcription Metadata tagging

Workspace call folders can now be tagged with call metadata making them searchable. This feature is disabled by default. Edit Client Policy – Workspace – Tag Call Folder with Metadata to enable it.

Onsight Connect for Windows, iOS and Android

Added support for the Call Center Solution guest invite use case.

Onsight Connect for Web

Added support for the Call Center Solution guest invite use case.
